About me

I have been in the web development industry for the last 12 years, starting out in HTML 4.01 and Microsoft's ASP scripting language utilising the Microsoft SQL Server 2000 database.

I eagerly awaited and was an early adopter of the Microsoft .Net language and started using it since its first release. I have continued to explore, expand and gain new skills in web development and today I'm a confident front-end coder as well as a highly experienced back-end developer using the Microsoft architecture and it's Asp.Net and C# languages.

  • I can code XHTML and CSS to a very high standard, specialising in XHTML Strict 1.0
  • I can take flat images from designers and build a pixel perfect XHTML page
  • I am proficient in Microsoft Asp.Net and C#
  • I have over 12 years experience in database design and development in Microsoft SQL Server
  • I have a Microsoft Certification in Windows Server 2003 (MCSE)
  • I currently live in the quiet historic county of Norfolk, England.
  • I enjoy travelling and have visited New Zealand 3 times and plan to emigrate there
